Dinner Talk - Blue

This Dinner Talk post is about how important it is to dream together with your partner. Anticipation, the forward thinking of future events, can keep things alive. When a partner stops thinking or planning of the future with us, it’s a bad sign. Dream together. Plan day trips, vacations, or a night out on the town.

Most importantly, find out what your partner wants!

At the family dinner, ask your partner what their dream vacation, day trip or night out is.

Dr. Willard Harley Jr. writes that conversations should be about each other. This is not the time to dominate the conversation and tell your partner what you want. That time will come. Become educated in what your partner is interested in doing. If you have a good conversation, your partner will ask you about your desires.
